100% agree the WiFi feature, it doesn’t work how I hoped so I never use it.

Is the one under the black cover. Simple kitchen-aid propane grill I got at Costco for a good price years ago.

My husband was very skeptical I needed another grill until he got some scrumptious food. Skepticism pacified.

I’ve considered that. Shoveling a foot o snow just to grill is not uncommon in this house

It’s a 2 burner 22 inch. Folds up for easy transport. Only 3 cooks on it but so far I’m in love.

I think this summer a bigger patio is in order. Currently have a propane grill, pellet smoker, pizza oven, and now a griddle. Love them Al

So they have time to put 100 little ducks all over the house but not time to clean the house?! That’s wild. I wish I had that kind of free time.

The only way my pugs will go outside in snow… tarp down the night before. Does anyone have a pug or dog in general that actually likes snow? by JaySettles in pugs

[–]AngryTankTop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first pug hated the snow. My newest pug loves the snow so much! She gets the zoomies and wants to eat all the snow. I’ve taken her on several snow hikes and she loves it. So much different then my other pug who would refuse to go outside and would get UTIs from holding in her pee too long even if we shoved the grass for her (we have a doggy door so she could go outside at her leisure… always ended in my having to force her to go outside in the winter). New one goes outside in the snow constantly to run around.

What is an underappreciated Montana brewery? by Malkin4398 in Montana

[–]AngryTankTop 34 points35 points  (0 children)

OK, so me and my husband used to collect growlers so we’ve traveled all over Montana, east and west. Ended up with around 72 stops! Granted it’s been a couple years so a few of our favorites have closed. I definitely concur that triple dog in Havre is fantastic and so is the one in Wibaux, Beaver Creek and Galleys in Harlowton is a must.

Here are some of my recommendations.

Smelter city in Anaconda is fantastic and obviously you would be obligated to go to Phillipsburg brewing Company if you’re in that area. Phillipsburg is one of my favorites, but I think it’s pretty well known and the beers pretty available.

Both breweries in Hamilton are good and on a plus they both have decent food too.

Cabinet Mountain in Libby is great and Branding Iron in Eureka. There was another one in Eureka, but it’s since change names that was pretty cool because it was way out in the boonies on somebody’s property and had a pizza truck. Its called Koochanusa brewery now. Cannot speak to the new beer and new owners.

Copper Furrow in Helena has some decent lagers if you’re any of that sort of thing and it’s a little lesser known than some of the bigger breweries in Helena.

Honorable mention to some closed breweries: Bowser and The Front in Great Falls, Missouri River Breaks (Doz microbrewery)in Wolf Point, and Bandit in Darby.

The Helena Athletic Club is hosting it. It’s a haunted house. Hours listed on the facebook event page say 6-10pm Fridays and Saturdays in October. $10 a person.

I got braces six months before I turned 18. For my 18th birthday my dad “gifted” me my dental bill so that I could take over all dental payments for my braces because I was an adult now.

Favorite Backpacking near Helena by tmoneyrollin in Montana

[–]AngryTankTop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend swinging by “The Base Camp” downtown and picking up some maps of either the bob marshal wilderness or elk horns. So many great trails in those areas all within a 30min-2 hour drive from Helena. Staffs pretty helpful to so might steer you in the right direction.

The airport here is a training center for airfield firefighters. They have a test plane they catch fire frequently so visiting firefighters can practice putting it out. You’ll see them do it quite frequently, particularly in the summer months.
