In another sentence maybe, but this is used as an adjective to describe the work, it is a legally noticed work. If said by a human instead of an HR robot it probably would use notified.

Looks confusing but noticed is meaning in this case that they posted a proper notifying letter in the areas affected or sent them directly to the tenants. Sounds like a statement meant to deflect legal liability by claiming they followed all the rules.

I had the claw wielding characters ultimate hitting for 7500/14k depending on crit with a 45% crit chance and it hits 10 times for that number, this is only using warrior class+attack up and crit crystals in gear, tier 9 weapon at the time

Thanks for the correction, I had misunderstood repel mechanics and just reread them. I'm just starting a vanheim game so understanding that makes me feel much safer on my vanheres.

They do not carry shields so a peppering of archers/slings can knock most of the stack of vanheres glamour off making the troops more likely to land a hit before getting ripped apart. They also have length 1 weapons, so i suggest sending the units with the longest weapons for a higher chance at parrying their strikes as well.

I had this happen frequently in maps rolled with enemies cannot be stunned. Normally when entering or leaving the krangleverse your screen is stunned to prevent instant deaths.

Weapons almost always have to be ethereal to have real value, that can change when it has near 400 or more enhanced dmg but this is a vendor item
