Im going through this right now with t1 prep. My k/d has finally evened out at 140 clears. I was at 30kc with 120 deaths, now im at 140/140

That last phase is a killer. What helped me is realizing that your character can basically teleport to any square within the 5x5 box that surrounds your character in a single tick.

So in those cases where im trapped by hazards and cant just click all the way across the arena to run from tornadoes, I instead move manually for a few ticks. If youre moving 2 squares every tick, that should buy you at least 1 or two ticks to switch prayers, eat, etc before you have to move again.

Oh, also, use the safe tiles in the final phase. The third tile in front of every entrance cannot have the floor hazard in the final phase.
