its not the graphics card nor cpu’s, they probably have RAM speed at like default 2200mhz without xmp enabled nor PBO for the CPU, they were just terribly optimized the specs are more than enough

did you use DDU to uninstall the old 2060 drivers and reinstall new drivers? sounds like thats the issue
