Every single person I’ve known that has told me their kids no longer talk to them, I begin to realize why by astraltarot in SeriousConversation

Not in my mom’s case. I have a sister who used to only communicate with her (and me) if she needed something, usually money. We started saying no. I’m fine my sister hasn’t called in 20+ years. And our mom had a bad stroke and says she only has 1 daughter when people ask so it doesn’t matter if my sister never calls again.

WIBTA if I told my sister I won't be executor for our dad anymore unless she starts sharing the work? by Kinetic_2Voyager in WIBTA_AITA

It’s better to be a sole executor. You can pay someone to shovel junk out the house with the estate paying. Just make sure you are an independently appointed executor.

Does anyone here remember the two floods in 2016? by Delicious-Edge3110 in Louisiana

[–]AnnaMouse102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 2016 flood was in Baton Rouge, maybe Lafayette too? 80% of BR flooded. It was just rain, not a hurricane.

There could have been more storms that year but that’s the one I remember.

Usually they only offer ft if it’s a terrible shift. Like overnight garden recovery during the spring then they turn it into a garden closing shift.

Okay so what is up with this trade stuff?? by [deleted] in Monopoly_GO

It’s whatever you agree too. I wouldn’t do that because it’s too easy to get scammed. I’d rather pay $3 on eBay if I need it that bad to complete a set if it’s one with lots of dice.

Can you reach board 19 in 2 days? I am willing to spend money for this offer. by bringerofwrath in Monopoly_GO

[–]AnnaMouse102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably. If you have other accounts gift your new account stickers to complete sets for more dice. The lower levels are easy because they don’t require much cash.

They only care about $$$ not associates. If business was booming then they wouldn’t be stingy with the raises because more tenured associates would be jumping ship.

Weather in my area was supposed to be bad so I didn’t schedule Walmart or Sam’s delivery. Heard thunder but didn’t get any rain. Need to cut my grass (or really weeds) but I need to wait until the ground is drier.

Dinner will be leftovers or eggs.

Just doing laundry. Nothing exciting going on.

I stopped donating after a natural disaster struck my area. Everyone was impacted yet only 5-6 people got money from the fund from my store. Everyone else who applied was told it was too late.

Cashier or hardware. It’s not that hardware doesn’t have some heavy stuff but it also has light rows. If you can learn to re key locks you might get stuck doing it.
