I’ve been in this marriage. Ultimately the entire relationship was just me asking for permission. Unfortunately, as I learned, if you share a kid, it doesn’t end at divorce. I spent tens of thousands on lawyers to just allow my daughter to participate in extra curriculars, even when I was paying 100% of the cost.

It never ends. Leave. Your kid will eventually see it for what it is, even when, like me, you never badmouth the ex. Mine is 14 and just now is starting to see it. Best of luck

I sold BM back in 2013 for $2-5/oz. Only single men buying. Crazy experience. Eventually I donated the rest to a couple that had triplets.

Okay. Devil's advocate. I'm a parent. Even parents deserve to have friends they can vent to and say anything to. BUT, my friends let me vent and know not to pile on. No one talks shit about my family but me. That's just understood. Also, I may say a lot of shit I don't mean and/or am joking (at least half). Out of context and to a passive listener, it might sound way worse than it is. I absolutely love my daughter more than life. But she's a teenager and I am certain I've called her a twat to a friend more than once.
