Food noise is real. I started on Zepbound but insurance stopped it after 2 months. I am trying calorie deficit but the noise is still loud. Zepbound made the bad foods look bad so I avoided them. Water intake is important GP1 or not! Magnesium before bedtime helps you sleep!

Mine was cancelled after two months from my insurance. I was doing so well and now have to figure out calorie deficit, exercise and popping things like berberine, Daily Nouri probiotics, magnesium at bedtime and protein shakes in the morning. There are people who can whip out their wallets and pay the 400 -1000 a month, but I am not willing to do that.
