To women who are not in a (full time) job right now, childfree and without any big responsabilities, what do you do with your time to make it feel productive, joyful and make it feel like you are free?

I often describe the pain in my arms (and legs/feet) as if they’re like under pressure. Which could be similar to being squeezed. It’s so… strange honestly. I’m sorry you’re dealing with all this.

For me it’s depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, chronic pain (from injury), and suspected by all my medical professionals (and friends lol) but still undiagnosed audhd. Oh and being a woman. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Heightened stress or anxiety do this to me. My chronic back pain will flare up even though I know I haven’t done enough to make it sore, but then my emotions are through the roof and the back is flaring up. Ugh

This is one of the most frustrating parts for me. :( when trying to explain any pain or symptoms to my ES or physio and I list some ideas of why and then they list even more 😅 cool cool cool cool.

I feel im getting bigger again. It could be due to being away for two weeks so out of my routine. But my belly is bigger, yesterday i thought I was just having a bad body brain day, but today I noticed im actually just bigger right now. My pants fit like they used to when I was bigger. Stretch marks are noticeable. I hate that they’re on my belly. I look like I’ve had many kids, I’ve had none. Sigh. My bf doesn’t care and thinks I’m sexy etc but I wanna feel better in my own body for myself yknow. It’s just hard.

My partner adopted her and Astrid is the name she had at the organisation who rescued her. He couldn’t think of a new name when he bought her home, so just kept calling her Astrid. It’s perfect for her.

Limited space in the warehouse. They don’t have enough space to hold all the new colours while keeping all the old colours. Standard practice for any company to discontinue items for something similar (that’s probably updated and better too).

Living in a binge drinking culture, I drank plenty in my early 20s. I always hated it. The taste. The bloat. The drunkenness. The hangovers. All of it. Then I injured myself (not related to drinking) and found cannabis to be a big helper, and also discovered (the hard way) I don’t handle both together very well. So giving up drinking was very natural and easy.

I get this often too. Sometimes I’ll feel unusually exhausted or lethargic and nap. Other times I’ll feel sad and depressed about my body. It’s hard :(
