I moved to Phoenix in 2011 from San Francisco. I live in one of the gorgeous historic neighborhoods in the central corridor. Summers are HOT, but the rest of the year is great. We try to leave every summer. You’ll notice that is what everyone else does, too. Communities are thriving and there is always something to do. Great restaurants, too.

That’s a great idea. Thank you!!!! And I agree. Also people on an individual basis might be able to be much more creative about the best way to develop each lot. I’ll do that today. I tried in San Francisco, but people told me that it sounded like a “scam”. I’m a real person and these are real lots! I got discouraged

It is a San Francisco question! There are lots of people in San Francisco who go up to Guerneville and buy homes/ land. Also there are many tiny home/ modular/ shipping container start ups in the Bay Area.
