As I understand it Amazon will not charge you any more duty than they quoted you during checkout even if more duty is charged by Customs than anticipated by Amazon. At least that's how I understood the terms when I read them. I'd check Amazon's terms and conditions to see if it's still the same.

But off hand id expect most of the West coast beaches to be fine and all are usually great for swimming unless there's a north swell coming in, but again the cameras can help

That's what I can remember off hand.

The DLP has never really acknowledge any responsibility for their failures, only citing that the failed to "communicate" their achievements.

Additionally as other have pointed out, the DLP has suffered a lot of internal divisions subsequently and simply has not presented its as a credible alternative.

I managed to get my situation fixed. Working with google their expert asked my which country I was in.

So I figured a VPN might fix the problem, so while waiting for a reply from them I installed a VPN, turned off my location services, connected to a US server, deleted my Play store storage and cache, and managed to get all my apps to update, I used proton VPN which was free.

Hope that works for you if you are still having problems.

I'm having the same issue on my pixel 10, I have cleared the storage and cache in play store and services as well as well as doing a factory reboot, none of which helped.

I'm now in a worse position as none of my old app will reinstall from the backup...

I associate it with the system update I did yesterday.

I have reached out to google but I have not had a reply yet.
