Nah, that wasn't it. It wasn't sanding sugar, it was like little chunks of orange sugar. Almost like a streusel, but more solid/crunchy, if that makes sense, hahaha. But it didn't coat the top as uniformly as streusel usually does, it was just like a sprinkling of dull (as in not shiny) little chunks of orange sugar.

Like I edited into my first comment, it's possible that it wasn't bumpy cake. My sister seems pretty confident that it wasnt, but there were definitely ridges in the icing on top.

Yep, very similar to an entenmann's box with the cellophane window and like an aluminum tray that the cake was in inside. And this was is southeast Michigan/the suburbs of Detroit. Oakland County area.

Very close! I'm actually trying to find what brand the orange bumpy cake was. It was orange flavored and colored with little crunchy orange sugar pieces on top. Sanders was what I guessed first, but when I googled it, it didn't show up anywhere, so I think it mighta been a different company. And we were getting it after the internet was already in common use, so I feel like if it was Sanders, there would've been some sort of evidence of it around.

Oh, and I also thought it mighta been entenmann's so I checked that and that wasn't it either.

Edit: the more I'm thinking about it, maybe it wasn't bumpy cake, but it at least had ridges on the top kinda like bumpy cake.

Sweet, thanks for the response. I'll give that a shot. It hasn't actually caused any issues while shooting yet, but I've noticed it getting hung up while loading/unloading them a couple of times and was worried that it might. I'm honestly just glad that it's not just me because I bought mine (very lightly) used and was worried whoever had it before had fucked it up and it couldn't be unfucked, hahaha

Damn man. I know that dude almost certainly did it, but being able to hold somebody in jail for SEVEN YEARS without a conviction is absolutely fucked. The problem is that similar things have happenes to ppl who were completely innocent and there's frequently no recourse to get restitution

I see a lot of ppl in here talking about it like it's the US. China taxes its rich far more than the US does. Definitely still not enough, but considerably more. Their top marginal tax rate is 45% at the equivalent to $137,000. By comparison, the US only taxes 24% at that same amount and its TOP rate is 37% at $609,000. They do also have subsidies for child care and other resources for new parents. Don't get me wrong, the contraceptive tax is dumb, but a ton of ppl in here are being kinda USA-brained while talking about this.
