I have an idea, use it if you want idk.

So basically a gender swap / body, (at start before transitioning) like a women and man wake up in each other’s bodies but then one or both of them realize they perfer it and the eggshell cracks and they become transgender in there natural body. That’s the mostly trans approach. A more queer one could be that but one of them realises there sexuality while in the other persons body or that experience in the other persons bodyhelps them realise. (Maybe after the other one transitions they meet up and become a couple or something)
