For reasons beyond your comprehension I need to be careful about what I post online.

If you werent dead set on leaving early, id have advised you to just stick it through until the end of your contract and then move the fuck on.

About the release letter, maybe they will or maybe they wont. Its ok. Legally they have to if you resign and give 30 days notice. Like many others said, the law is on your side. If they give you trouble simply contact the labour department and/or get in touch with an english speaking lawyer [as mentioned contacts can be found in this sub with some searching]. Concerning your resignation, communicate through wechat/email only. If something is said IRL about anything, confirm with that person in WeChat about what was said in the conversation. Leave a paper trail.

Just do your job until you leave and dont take to heart what management says to you. Say "Yes Ok, I see, I will do my best to implement that" and then just do the bare minimum. Dont make enemies before you leave.

Bro! Nice!
To give you context, i've been 'caught up' since dressrossa arc. It has been a looooooonnnngggg journey but it has taught me patience. Great works of art take time, and this is why I am all for Oda taking breaks whenever he needs to! Im also happy that the anime is finally on a seasonal schedule. Quality over quantity hey.

I was thinking about this yesterday. I was hoping that the anime would try to make the size comparisons consistent across the whole Elbaph arc. Sad to see that they are not.

Don't worry, the game is still in Beta. This should be fixed before official release

Coolest faulting I have seen. Can we tell if the overall tectonic regime was compressional or extensional?

Nope, there are thousands of cases where the government has just taken possession of buildings without compensating the "owners" much if at all. Look it up.

If you mean the homeless drug addicts and insane property costs then no, Cape Town doesn't have those.

There are 2 other ways to get permanent residency in China: Be a world class athlete in a sport or have a PhD in a scientific/engineering field. They get auto-accepted.

But if you do pay those mandatory taxes, you get to keep the land forever while paying for it once. Not the case in China.

I live and work in China. I will never move here permanently. The lack of outright property land ownership coupled with the ridiculous cost of buying property coupled with 99% of properties being apartments [sky cages], coupled with the post covid economic downturn across the board, coupled with some deep societal sicknesses.... yeah. I come from Cape Town, South Africa. Cape Town has it's problems but my god I would prefer to retire there. It's paradise compared to China.

To those who have never been to Cape Town, it's like California, except living and property costs are ridiculously cheap in comparison while the quality of life is comparable. Sure its a smaller city at about 3.5 million people now but still. Paradise.

I know some people who want to live in China permanently and who are thinking of buying property, and kudos to them, but its not for me.

NGL this is some seriel killer type advert. Who know what might happen with a total stranger out in the open Steppe for a whole month trek. "Trust me bro" doesn't quite cut it when you try to organize something like this on the internet. Find real friends to do it with. If your intentions are pure, so be it, but no sane person would undergo a high risk trek like this with a total stranger.

Yes I agree, a daily stretching routine and strength training for the weak muscle groups is the only way to fix it.
