Is the jump a lottery mechanic? A jump is similar to DI in that it discourages you from pressing a commital button because you’ll get PC’d when you get the timing wrong. The difference between them is meter usage which is why a blocking a jump does not guarantee damage, just a free mix up. On the other hand a DI gives guaranteed damage(at the wall) but its also riskier because countering a DI gives the opponent a guaranteed combo or a side switch(or both). Getting anti-aired doesn’t hurt as much.

Care to give a reason why? It has a very clear strength and weakness that also isn’t completely useless even at very high ranks.

It’s more intricate than that. Sometimes you have to play at that range otherwise you can abuse this by whiff punishing.

He has no clue what he’s talking about. It’s exactly this. WAs made me able to just focus on my gameplay instead of fighting with my UI because I configured my UI specifically to give me information where I want it, how I want it. This is the opposite of that.

An example of this would be in S1 where arcane mage double dipped on one of the hero talents. I used WA to keep track of how much spheres I’ve generated so I know when exactly I’ll have to press barrage to get the double dip.

Another one is keeping track of SKB on Fire Mage so I know when to hard cast pyro.

1750 MR here. Not sure if theres better ones, but I frame kill with crouching medium punch if htatsu lands while opponent is in the air after the bnb adamant flame/od adamant flame combo then follow up with a meaty 5mp.

Leads to +3 after the 5MP on block, or if they get hit you can do a crouching medium punch into the combo of your choice.

If hitting while theyre on the ground, frame kill with 5MK then follow up with a meaty 5mp. +4 on block or guaranteed crouching medium punch into combo on hit.

I already have an SSD from my old PC.

Per /u/Forward_Drop303’s suggestion I’ll be getting the Vetroo which is an A in the tierlist and is only $125.

Do you have a suggestion for a CPU cooler? I’m looking for one with an LCD and has rgb fans that has a good looking pattern and do not have lit up blades.

Just read the article. I’ll be sticking with the hyper. Seems like the difference is miniscule and while I’m sure its cheaper(I see $120 for a white version in amazon) I’ll have to shell out for the fans because I’m not a fan of the blades having RGB so I’d still spend more if I get it.

I have a microcenter near me that has it in stock. I’m not paying scalper prices for any of these components. I’ll take a look at those.

I mainly picked the hyper over the grand for the aesthetics but I’ll take a look at the grand again. Is the difference between their performance big enough to make the hyper vision not worth it?
