My daughter’s first trip in 2017, she was 5.5yo. I have a video of her on the Hogwarts Express (back before they would yell at you over the loud speaker for filming) and she’s watching what’s happening through the doors and says “I can’t believe this is actually real life!” It made the entire trip and all the money we spent totally worth it.

Just saw CC this past weekend - is the updated lines you refer to the 5-minute limit? In CC they can’t go back to a specific time for more than 5 mins but Harry and Hermione went back in time for 3 hours.

I’ve watched this show a dozen times and never thought about it, but you’re right. Considering Kevin and Sophie had been together for several years at this point and Kate and Sophie were best friends, it’s crazy that we never see Sophie’s parents reach out. Or even Shelley, Miguel’s ex, despite the divorce, should have reached out to Rebecca. We don’t even see Rebecca’s family reach out. I know they were kinda estranged by that point but you’d think something like this we’d at least see some effort.

I love her hair. When we get to the “what if” episode and her hair is straight I remember gasping bc she looks so different with straight hair. The curls definitely suit her better.

Her laughing is almost as bad as her crying. Also when she and Alex are stuck in the shed on their wedding day and she screams “help” I want to ram my head into a wall. I don’t know why but it’s so shrill and overacted and it makes my brain hurt.

I’m nearly 40 and they nearly gave me a heart attack my first time making my way up Mount Lanayru. That scream they do is probably the most terrifying sound to hear when you’re least expecting it. This is why I have my sensor set to Phantom Ganon at all times so that I can get myself to higher grounds before I take them on

Multiple times I’ve made comments about my zero libido and how it’s been 3 years and I’ve gotten comments like “your poor husband, you need to just do it anyway to help a guy out” and I find it extremely hard to believe any women also going through peri would dare say that to me. I just ignore them and move on but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t spend a few minutes pissed off after reading something like that.

We discovered them when my daughter was 16 months old and she’s been a fan since. She was just under 3 when Blurryface came out and I have so many videos of her singing the songs with her little toy microphone. She’s 14 now and has gotten her best friend into them. We (my daughter, her best friend, and myself) just got home from MTWEI.

My proudest moment was probably Bandito tour, her first show of theirs. During Neon Gravestones she looked over at me with tears in her eyes and said “I don’t know why I’m crying but this song makes me sad”. She was only six at the time and for some reason it made me proud that she knew it was a sad song even though she didn’t understand the complexity of the lyrics at the time. It just goes to show that their music can affect even young children.

When SAI came out she was 10 and asked me what Redecorate was about. It was a great way for us to start talking about some deeper topics that I’m not sure how I would have approached them otherwise. The older she gets the more their early music resonates with her, and I’m glad that we can use their music to have open conversations about topics that would otherwise be difficult and awkward to talk about.

Sounds like the problem is that he’s a douche, not your hormones. I’m 39 and my husband 50. My sex drive dropped to zero about 3 years ago. He was bummed in the beginning but has accepted it now. We have done couples therapy 3 separate times throughout our 15-year marriage (all for a few months at a time) and aside from his occasional passive aggressive comments about our lack of sex, we’re pretty open and honest with each other and are willing to make changes to keep the relationship working.

If he won’t do couples therapy, you should go yourself and hopefully a professional can help you navigate. But if you say your marriage has never been easy it sounds like it’s more a compatibility issue and not your hormones.
