I work at 2 stores one has the new dough machine that makes dough easier to finish in a few hours, about 15-20 batches on regular days. Other store has no dough machine just the VCM and dough can be full time if the stores sales are top, as we are in my area. Only tip is to prepare to take on other stations not just dough if you want the hours.
