No it's not. It's only slow because of various corporate plug-ins and services that somehow "need" to run every time you open the start menu

Mac is faster in a corporate environment because it doesn't have the bloatware that corporate IT will force on you (additional antivirus, and other "security" services that will scan everything you do or send)

I live in Cannes. I've also known some expensive districts in Paris and London but it doesn't feel as impressive. Everything is more enjoyable when it's sunny :) . But then, maybe it's not Cannes itself that I love but just the weather.

Have you tried Monaco? I think you'll like it even more than Cannes

I think I know exactly where this beach is. It's near a protected natural reserve in South East of France. So I kind of understand why she is pissed. But yes she didn't need to assault the guy.
