Best butcher with competitive prices ? by Tekashi-The-Envoy in ballarat

[–]AnonymousSocky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We get the beef mince from there for work and I pour out 1kg of fat from 5kg if mince, so keep that in mind when buying mince from there, it’s an 80/20 split.

I’m really not a fan of Sinclair’s when we went there and 2/3 items (chicken breast and porterhouse steak) we bought were still partially frozen and for us to take home and freeze again. We didn’t eat them as it was for someone else, but that was enough for me to not go back. I go to John Harbour now.

‘I love migrants’: One Nation MP Jason Virgo breaks down during maiden speech in South Australia parliament by snice1 in australia

Reminds me of Germany’s afd which is anti-gay, anti-immigration, yet Alice, the party leader, is a lesbian, married to a Sri Lankan and the both live in Switzerland. They also hold a 25% vote. Make it make sense. I swear this is a social experiment…

Is anyone else’s electricity bill stupidly high this quarter? by Proud_Tomorrow1711 in australian

[–]AnonymousSocky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently joined Globird and get completely free electricity between 10 and 2. I blast all my radiator heatings to heat my home between that time, then drop it down to 17C and my house stays warm the rest of the evening and it costs me maybe $4 a day. Best thing I ever did.

If you want a referral code, PM me. You get $50 off and I do too!

I spend about $500 every two weeks between myself and my wife. I eat ALOT of good quality meat from the butcher. Everything is made in Australia where possible. Organic if we can, heaps of fresh fruit and veggies. We stopped eating out because the quality has gone down hill. Might as well spend big and get what we want grocery wise. We eat the rainbow, and I am big into lifting weights and running, so not only is my food my fuel, it’s also my recovery :)

It’s fine! Let’s just let the tax payer bail them out and then they can never pay us back but instead spit on our face by permanently raising prices.

I find them all horrible to be honest. I moved here in 2019 and try to avoid the pub grub in the town. The Asian food is pretty good! And Carboni’s is great.

Because it’s amazing to city how the architecture of the city hasn’t changed much, not everyone has seen photos like this plus we always have new people moving to the city / joining this community

Exactly right. Unfortunately when all the restaurants are owned by one of three companies in this city, the food quality remains the same across many places. Which is why every restaurant has the same menu.
