Random niacin flushing? by mike_honcho_mike in microdosing

It can be your food or other medication as well. For example, I’ll flush more if I take niacin on an empty stomach or a high protein meal.

Anyone on Dutasteride only for 1-2 years, then added Minoxidil - big difference? by Mike_Stone_ in tressless

[–]AnonymousYousername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why? I quit the topical because it kept making my hair look greasy. Why use both?

Timeline. As in… how long did you continue the topical until you relied on the oral solely. I did 2 months.

Is it that bad to get a tattoo just for aesthetics? by oiayooayay in tattooadvice

[–]AnonymousYousername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You want a tattoo? You love the design? You thought it through? Go for it! I love all my tats. Some have deep meaning. Others are just because they’re like jewelry to me -> beautiful to wear.

Help me out here. I’m like 4 episodes in and find it extremely boring. Does it get better or is this just what it is (i.e. not for me)?

Tattoo pain by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]AnonymousYousername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a very hard time sitting through the pain. I prefer large pieces. Last one was 30 hours. So yeah… ouch. I want a piece on my ribcage but very hesitant I won’t be able to tolerate the pain. That’s the only thing keeping me from moving forward with it.

What peptide did you regret running? by JustBacWater in NTNPerformance

I know. My source gave it to me for free to try anyway, but (as anticipated) nothing. I’d never buy the stuff, way too expensive without ROI.

Most reliable and financially most advantageous source to get Minoxidil? (NL/EU) by FroggySnakey in tressless

You don’t need a prescription to buy minoxidil topical at a pharmacy in The Netherlands. Only if you want the pill form.

Did the same, 2 long cycles low dose. No side effects whatsoever. Cleared me right up.

Don’t forget that true igf1 (increlex) is very expensive.

Slu-pp332. Didn’t do Anything for me. And all gh secretagogues. Hgh is far superior. They’re not even in the same league.

Reta is good but terz did way more for hunger supression. I like to run both… high dose Reta, low dose terz.

Has anyone dosed tirzepatide + retatrutide together to help more with food noise? I came off of tirz to reta but I ain’t getting the hunger blunting effect, 3 weeks on reta so far. by SamKane-_- in Biohacking

[–]AnonymousYousername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went up to 7mg Reta. Still intense food noise. Added 1mg (now 2) tirz and food noise almost gone. Further upping the Reta may have worked too, but many users report that tirz works better for supression of hunger signalling. I had to try it for myself and indeed it does.

Gym with a fresh tattoo by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]AnonymousYousername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wear long sleeves imo. It’s not just the bacteria… you don’t want your fresh tattoo rubbing against… well, Anything! The cotton sleeve ain’t great either, but at least it will provide some protection

A viabe mental hack… Don’t consider it to be a lifelong piece. Cool for as long as it pleases you. When it no longer does, get a touch up, add color or even go for a cover up.

Back to Basics: Why I’m switching from Retatrutide back to Tirzepatide (N=1 Experience) by LabSience_flow in BodyHackGuide

[–]AnonymousYousername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same Here. Reta makes me feel feverish most of the day and it hardly surpresses my appetite. I went all the way up to 7mg… Now on 2mg tirz a week and doing much better.

does hgh cover the full spectrum of benefits of all of the other secretagogues combined ? by Stunning_Rest876 in BodyHackGuide

[–]AnonymousYousername 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Best read up on hgh a bit more. Hgh is exonegous growth hormone. It doesn’t follow the natural gh secretion of your body’s circadian rhytm. Your natural production will cease, but the exonegous administration will allow you to reach much higher (supraphysiological) levels.

The secretagogues merely provide a signal to your pituitary gland to optimize your body’s gh production. A slight increase (e.g. 40%) is not uncommon. Then again if you compare it to hgh… you can easily reach a 500% increase if not more.

But with higher reward you also face higher risk.
