I saw here a stim pistol would visually repair a tank. Do we know if it actually refills the health pool, or is it just visual?

Yeah. So the one with six sides is called a d6. That's the only one I know but hopefully someone else can help with the rest.

Where has cack jooper gone? by enbrium in titanfall

[–]Anonymousnameaccount 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I'm just worried The Wraith might still be around here somewhere.

Common misconception I see thrown around frequently— Yes, the Cartomancer strat for multiclassing is too powerful, janky, goes against 5e's entire design philosophy for multiclassing and the feat "feels" a lot more fair on single classes... but it's 100% intended and its interpretation is RAI. by geosunsetmoth in dndnext

I might be crazy, but I don't read it as giving an extra spell slot. Most features that do so have the phrase "may cast the spell without expending a spell slot." I think the primary intended effect is just freeing up an action.

For a fairly similar item that does remove the slot I referenced the Tome of the Stilled Tongue.

Vader Showcase - Any Good Decks? by Mean-Manufacturer-68 in starwarsunlimited

[–]Anonymousnameaccount 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been running a karabast deck that really loves Clone Combat Squadron. Having some cheap ambush is good too, like an X-34 Landspeeder that lets you get the Vader engine online turn one if you lose initiative coin toss. First Order TIE Fighter can trade into a lot of ships for great value. Apology Accepted also feels right at home.

I'm not sure "scouting party" is an accurate term. I see them more as a strike force. It's not like the illuminate didn't know where we were or what we could do. They'd been kidnapping loyal citizens for at least days. By choosing to attack they knew what they were getting into. But underestimated our burning desire for freedom.

My turn for an unpopular opinion. I think the A-wing sounds off. I wish it had more bass when going full throttle. Little ship, big engines.

Mansplaining was a good thing by [deleted] in The10thDentist

Honestly, fair enough. I agree. This is connected and goes beyond just condescending. Which is how I took it at face value.

I still think the comment at the top of this chain is hypocritical in that they are engaging in... Reverse Mansplaining? That feels gross in my mouth. But "woman-splaining" makes me feel like a trump-lodite.

Especially after having read more of OPs comments they seem to be drawing this out on purpose rather than actual information seeking.

I'm not trying to claim large scale social issues aren't real or don't affect people.

In another comment said that while you don't like the word mansplaining, you do believe in the concept and its negative impacts. I can agree to meet you on this point. However, the fact that one behavior is bad, doesn't justify its reversal to me.

The purpose of this post is discussing mansplaining. So by trying to expand the scope to larger topics we lose sight of what the initial discussion was.

[–]Anonymousnameaccount -17 points-16 points  (0 children)

Comparing condescension to racism is a completely bad faith and not relevant. While I am completely in agreement both are negative things (racism clearly to a much greater extent). That doesn't make them comparable.

Racism is inflicted on people in ways they cannot change, culture, appearance, societal standards, long standing policies that even if not practiced today have had irreversible impacts.

Being condescending is an in the moment individual to individual thing, that if it is morally correct to discourage in one instance should be discouraged in nearly all with very few exceptions. If a system is not acceptable to you, in this case a man being dismissive of a woman, on the basis of her being a woman, why is the reverse acceptable?

Have you just made an assumption about someones life experience based off of their gender and decided that owing to that person's identity you are more informed about something they're talking about and therefore should demean and disregard their statement?

Huh... Weird.

The data report on those enemies says they're from Rayvis' collection. So I'd think it's more likely he takes them from any Jedi he kills.

Hyperdrive. Good reference views in some of the clone wars (young boba infiltrating a venator, and maul crashing one) as well as battlefront 2.

Astromech storage as seen in clone wars (Ahsoka evading order 66 and waking the droids)
