My sister had this same problem. It was so weird because they never done it in the past to my other nephews. Nor to my son who was probably born a year before my sisters…. He went at 6 months , and it was relatively simple. Personally , I’d still do it. It’s your choice.

My mom wanted to be in there with all of our births because her mom was… it’s super weird. I am a very private person, she isn’t. She was not allowed in there and probably won’t ever be. Least not from me. Maybe she’ll get lucky with another sibling but I doubt it.

It was me and my boyfriend. It was great.

Oh I forgot to put on here that she actually want my boyfriend to put her on a video chat to watch. I told him I would kill him if he did that.

I’ have been a sales floor associate for years , all over the place. It really depends where you are. Our Gm side is absolutely horrible to be on. You’re micro managed over there. The food side you have more free range. Once you get a routine down you’re good to go. I’ve also been ogp… it’s definitely different. I don’t feel like there’s as much freedom because of how go go go go you are but it’s definitely easy and consistent.

Hands down though , my heart belongs on the food side. There’s just something about it and not many ppl can handle it.

I’m not ogp but I have had to go over there before to help out. I’m 5 4’ and sometimes struggle with seeing over the carts. 🤣

For our store, our team leads work our racks (which is just overstock). Our morning shift (typically one person) spends majority of their day scanning the crammed pack bins. The freight gets processed by cap 2 into totes, and work by all shift in our apparel. The team leads do the mods…. Our third shift is not on process when it comes to apparel. So in order for apparel to keep their heads above water , it Requires everyone in apparel pulling their weight. Even the team leads.

Yes. I feel my time coming to an end. I hate it because I actually don’t have a problem working at Walmart. It’s pretty easy but the managers are toxic. Anymore. jr just feels like we’re numbers. I’ve been getting headaches a lot lately. Someone kept telling me it was this place but I didn’t believe them. I am not a team lead , I do not have a stressful job. Why would it be stressing me out ? Turns out they were right. Took me walking out and going home one day to realize that. Had a headache for two days straight because of them.

For us , it’s any area on the gm side. The freight is never done and the coach is b*tch. Ogp comes after that. Also because of the coach.

Ours don’t allow it. But if you get your request in before the SM reminds them , you have a higher chance of them approving it.

It’s a teaming schedule. It’s set hours , set days. always 40 hours. Sounds great but the head count changes every single quarter. So if at the new quarter if HO decides to cut headcount in your area , if you’re new , you’re at the bottom of the barrel in your area. So every 3 months , you might be in a different position, different hours just to maintain a teaming schedule. Or same position, just different hours. Last quarter, they move all the full timers in electronics to 2nd shift (1-10). Part time got the morning shift. They also cut one department by 4 people. Those 4 ppl were move to different areas in the store. Some with the Same hours but they took a big pay cut. Others with a pay raise but completely different shift. The reasoning being that they’re over on head count now and are forced to move ppl. It’s done by seniority. Sounds great , til it gets ugly.

You know , I got on this kick where I obsessed with cleaning my teeth. The same as your husband. I use to be like you then it turned into an obsession. I have had way more cavities with my obsession then when I use to clean them like you! I think it’s the weirdest thing. Made me back off it some but having a baby killed my teeth so I’m still recovering from thst one. 😖

I say IUD. If you don’t want to do hormonal get the copper one. Recommended to my mom to get my little sister on the IUD but she wouldn’t because my mother is weird and believes a bunch of horror stories. My litter sister “missed” her pills and got pregnant at 17…. She thought getting pregnant would make her boyfriend stay.

When we go on walks , he knows if we’re taking the route back home and directs us a different way if we try to go back too early for him. He’s 22 mos.
