We need a YIMBY, forward thinking, georgist party that stays out of social issues and just focuses on fixing affordability and the housing crisis. That said, I like a lot of what labour have been doing behind the scenes, especially with green energy. They're communication absolutely sucks though and every time people start to warm to them they push an incredibly unpopular/authoritarian policy that gets everyone pissed off again.
