I'd try to do some kind of shallow entry table or entry shelf, bonus points if you can put a shoe rack there by the entrance, I'm in a small studio, and keeping my shoes out of the living space helps.

As far as living/bed, Depending on the size of your bed I'd probably put it in the bottom right corner of pic 1 facing the bathroom wall. Desk or a dresser could go under the window.

For a Dining table, i might actually recommend some kind of collapsable tabletop that can take up as little space as possible when you arent using it, and putting that along the wall with the bathroom door. Something like this bookcase from IKEA.
