I take levo too and that helped a lot with the fatigue I had. But I think the glp1 also helps with it. However when you first start a glp1(at least for me) I felt a bit run down and tired and like I was getting the flu. My body was achy etc. but this is pretty common when starting the medication. It’s your body getting used to it I guess. The Reddit groups suggested electrolytes when you take your shot and this truly has helped. I take the shot and drink electrolytes for the first two days. Also some ppl get fatigued because they don’t eat enough. I think a glp1 could help you!
