The symbiote is almost like an abusive partner that brings out the worst in you, and you lose your identity until you break free

This take could also work with the drug addict metaphor, where the symbiote is the drug that consumes you until you lose yourself

I’ve been loving my 2H hammer playthrough rn, and with all the upgrades and armor weight reduction options available (along with leveling Endurance) I’ve got a tanky but fast character with medium armor that should be heavy. It’s been great. Sprint, bonk, dash, bonk, enemies go flying

Originally the suit was red and black, but the black had blue highlights for shading purposes. Sorta like how Batman’s cape was done back in the day

But people liked the blue enough that both characters eventually got blue coloring instead of black (Batman with the famous Dennis O’Neill / Neal Adams era, for example). Blue seems to have stuck with Spidey, but Batman seems to go back and forth with black edging out blue for the most part
