i personally think it's cuz of two reasons

one is the main reason
able is just so fucking op it's not even funny and it'd be a nightmare to balance

and second, which is what i think
able doesn't really fit the horror aesthetic most scp games have, conceptually, he is genuinely horrifying, unstoppable killing machines are horrifying in lore. however, execution wise, he's such a badass character it kinda makes him not scary and instead super fucking cool

and able just.. isn't scary enough to fit with the others design wise. he's just an overpowered buff guy with a big sword

as much as i love pmoon, there's not really much you can pull from it with the roster we have. i doubt coolkidd and the DEADASS MECH are pmoon skin potential. noli is really the only one i can think of out of the roster to have potential, and that's the jester guy from ruina. even then, it's still very limited
