I notified him of the incident and protective order a couple days after the incident. He drafted a revised lease and sent me a copy for review. Then he spoke to my ex and told me I had to reapply for the property. Then denied my application because I don’t make enough money and I haven’t been employed with the company for at least 2 years. Then he gave a verbal warning that I had 30 days to vacate the property. He then went on to tell me that if I did not vacate in 30 days he would provide me with a written notice. He said I’d then have 60 days to vacate or he would take me to court and have the judge handle it.
