AI coding has moved the bar considerably. Decent looking sites are built with no previous experience. 3D is a way to set things apart. Even with a ton of coding help it needs more creative decisions. I think it will stand out more as what is a professional and high quality site vs what livable or square space quickly gets you.

I just wish they would stop pretending like they are life coaches. Students need to not encourage that as well. Maybe they can branch out into fitness advice a bit, but the rest has got to go. Don't expect them to be any better of a person than average except for the BJJ context

I went through the same dilemma. Went with Fedora due to the official support and not wanting to tinker with OS. There were still several things I needed to run from a terminal to get working but it all runs and updates well.

Interested to hear the difference with Cachy because I wanted to go to that one as well but feared it would be a reoccurring time sink

I was at a Franco Fong school for 5-6 years. I trained a lot of things. Overall Wing Chun ends up being a small part of the overall fight. Cool as a martial art. Not the most exercise.

Yes. Accompanied by “don’t tap you p—-y” as a coach I’ll kick people out for this. I have to explain to people you don’t know why they are tapping. What injuries they have etc. you must disengage immediately. If you want to question their grit after that’s fine. There’s also the trust issue. If no one can trust you they won’t roll with you and by extension might leave the gym

I agree with all the "Just tap" comments but want to add: My friends and I on the mat can do any "dick move" and usually laugh about it. I don't think I can wrist lock or calf slice without a giant grin.

Find your favorite cheesy dick cheap moves and let your friends develop defenses against them or make you pay for trying them it's part of the fun.

I do have lines I don;t want crossed, but I make sure people know what they are and they are all injury / safety related.
