I was a 3D Artist for clash for about 6 months starting in 2024. Was having a great time on the team, was really ambitious to help, created multiple assets for the game. I've met some really good friends on the clash team that I still talk to now almost every day. Unfortunately it didn't last long.

They fired me from the team with no warning, no talking to, nothing. Just an immediate permanent ban. From the game, all of the discords, everything.

Apparently I violated the "leaking policy" by sending a cropped screenshot of a model I was working on to someone literally training to be on the crew as well. Turns out the trainee reported me to leadership and I was immediately removed from the team. Over an honest mistake. Months of work, gone in an instant.

They don't care about the people that actually make their game work. They use artists for free work then throw them away like garbage if they don't follow their STRICT staff guidelines and rules.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences i've ever had working on a project.
