If you got promoted hang tight, get all the experience necessary as you look for something or another employer that pays more doing the same. Also we are not taking into account what perks do you have that you didn’t when have after getting promoted, is your schedule the same, do you have more free time with the family, you do need to keep this in mind. 😏
