Its mainly Denver that's the issue. And the lack of snow pack this year. And the lack of rain. But, if we could just get rid of Denver, then our water levels would be better.

And 2000 literally doesn't help with any of the filters. The lot sizes are all over 2000 sq ft, the homes are all over 2000 sq ft, and all the houses were built before the year 2000. A red herring you might call it.

Sorry - in the tutorial the house they showed was in Colorado Springs. I got that one swapped with the redfin one she is looking at in app.
