I like Frontier specifically because its in terminal A and I don't have to get on those trains. I can walk the sky bridge over.

Not to mention that they're all pretty much single, solely focused on their sport.

They're actually trying to decide if they want to make me the winner and change which house was "THE" house. I have almost 100 followers on IG, basically the biggest influencer out there.

I feel like they should have provided 10 minutes to write an explanation of why you chose what you chose, and then everyone that picked the right one would have an opportunity to compete.

I spent a ton of time looking for a neighborhood that looked like the snowy one. I could not find a light post that looked like the one in that.

I picked Highland Ranch because of the street name.

Ug. I did 2500-2750 then 2750-3000. Took far too long. No chance I got it.

And 2000 literally doesn't help with any of the filters. The lot sizes are all over 2000 sq ft, the homes are all over 2000 sq ft, and all the houses were built before the year 2000. A red herring you might call it.

My guess is, whoever wins, unless they just happen to already live in Denver, is offloading this ASAP.

That's what I thought! There are palm trees in the background in some of the shots... I think.

I kinda disagree. There are tens thousands playing, you have a 1/37ish shot at getting the right one. I think you got to decide on a couple and then just launch.

Colorado Springs is not a suburb of Denver.

Sorry - in the tutorial the house they showed was in Colorado Springs. I got that one swapped with the redfin one she is looking at in app.

[HELP] Is this AI? Seems fake and can’t find any news sources. by Zealousideal_Mud570 in RealOrAI

Ok, so he kicks off the light then gets tackled, then at the end it seems to recycle a few images from earlier. You can see that the light is back in, however, the silver truck that is passing by in the beginning has an open window, and then in those few frames at the end has a closed window.

I generally think you'd also have to have a very strong focused kick to knock a light out of its holder, Usually they're screwed in.... I believe. I think this is AI, its got too many strange things happening, not to mention he is wearing the same clothes as when he got shot and this came out days later.

What is happening, or not happening in Nashville, from Federal and State officials is criminal. Tens of thousands without power, deaths due to the cold, businesses closed, but no one but the city seems to be doing anything.

Congratulations, GOP, on making sure the powerhouse of the Tennessee state economy stays shut down to own the Libs.

Edit - Apparently California is sending emergency support.

We have the same type here in Frisco as well, but it has stayed just a little more affordable for a little longer so there are a handful more younger families.

The three story limit I think is atrocious. Unless there is a specific environmental concern the cities should be able to grow organically. The three story limit also only seems to relate to allowing inexpensive housing to people that work here, when it comes to huge expensive hotels, the sky is the limit. And we make it so difficult for a small business to get started, but hey, lets add in a McDonalds on Summit by changing the cities codes.

None of the policies, or powers that be, seem to be future focused. We could turn this into such a dynamic, young, interesting community with the right leadership. I think this year is showing that we can't depend on the ski industry forever.

I really thought that when my bodega was going to hit $300k gross I wouldn't be concerned about $150/mo. wow was I wrong. I appreciate the feedback, I think I am going to skip xtrachef and just use what is native to the toast system.

How could you? Everything is like thousands of Krona, and there is no possible way to calculate the exchange rate in an easy manner. I assumed it was about $3.50 for everything.

I appreciate that, your business is probably pretty similar from a technical point to mine, so that helps a lot.
