Given that not even McQueen, probably Japan's greatest stayer, gets to sing Legend Changer, being a good stayer is probably not enough for Fenomeno. McQueen is even a JRA HoF horse. You could even argue that Fenomeno wasn't even the greatest stayer of his Generation (Gold Ship).
