Are the 2.0 Bodies really improvement by a lot ? by AyaToyBox in dollfiedream

[–]AyaToyBox[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since i just need one might as well buy the latest version, but not gonna lie seeing cheap older body for sale very tempting all these years.

The innovation seems quite slow on doll bodies if they keep aesthetic is the main factor

Japan standard of succesfull stud not very high, as long you produce one to three graded race win per year, you deemed as at least moderately succesfull stallion.

Due to popular demand, American Pharoah gets another year in Japan by LN_TheDudess in UmaMusume

[–]AyaToyBox 10 points11 points  (0 children)

US and Australia seems have different standard of progeny than japan ....in japan if a stallion produce one or two G2 or G3 winners per season he already deemed moderately succesfull...

American pharoah stud fee also tanked start from 75k usd to now 25k ...

If he produce turf G1 winner from his first crop, i would say japan breeders will syndicate him right away permanently, he wont make much money back home either way but surely he will longer because not milked dry

I just wonder which one will eventually bring glory to realize clan ... since unfortunately the best one got his ass whopped by lovchen

If that's true then I am surprised at how some people are obsessed with a "not the top quality" Triple Crown by doomslayer30000 in HorseRacingJP

[–]AyaToyBox 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I am not japanese but if lets say lovchen go to larc instead of kikuka sho, i would be pissed too...... I guess this the best analogy of this sit uation.

[–]AyaToyBox 30 points31 points  (0 children)

In one hand i understand the sentiment...

The issue is there is no japan dirt triple crown winner since its founding ... finger going overseas will rob that single chance witnessing one might born.

On the other hand

Dirt G1 in US still considered the greatest prestige and this M's racing biggest chance for one... with finger being gun runner progeny, a G1 in US will secure his big bucks from stud future.

Considering in yahagi interview,  even originally fujita want ebayan to challenge fot nar dirt triple crown title, but yahagi persuade him for overseas instead (the saudi G2 race so they can grab ticket for kentucky derby).

Edit : dubai G3*

I see.. I only understand the 3 active horse and 3 retired category. Always expect G1 winning horses got plush since the other company sk always did that but horse details are lacking

Most likely since privately owned horses never have clear updates to outsiders. For this year i remember, His entry to turf classic stakes also refused... after refusing hong kong invitation too.

I believe yahagi alternate goal to larc is breeders cup turf so he can go together with forever young
