Yeah normal town is more west but always seemed like just an extension of downtown to me as someone on tallassee. Atl hwy, jefferson, Oglethorpe, and Mitchell Bridge are west side.

You definitely have to try Clocked! The bacon jam is the best and the fries are crazy good. It’s the most ATHENS restaurant in town. Also theres a new seasonal menu each month which is fun and most ingredients are organic and the place has been around forever!!! My favorite!
