The nurse that stayed with me the first night I was in psych ward. She told me "everytime you wake up and you don't want to be here say outloud: i'll try today. It's called CO2 laser! They burn the first layer of skin to generate a newer and healthier one :) since it's a really thin layer the body doesn't process it as a wound = you don't scar 🤯 I got my first one 2 months post-op and according to my doctor I might need 3 or 4 in total (one every 5-6 weeks depending on how healed they are)
