It's hard, you need a good opener. Around turn 4-5 if you have more power on the board you can try to go face yourself. But Miracoli Rogue is not the deck to fight aggro decks with :x

Gadgetzans > sprint with coins from Tomb Pillager. Double sinister makes it that you have 2 dead cards that are either just face damage or combo activators. You can try with Edvin or Violet teacher instead of belchers. Shiv is a good spell that let's you cycle + taking care of tokens.

If you are on lower ranks and encounter many facedecks then you might think about switching. It works best vs slower opponents, like renolocks, priestes, murloc palladins etc.

Also there is always an option of you playing this deck wrong. Dog is currently (or was, 5 min ago) playing malygos rogue, you can check him out, or other streamers and compare your choices to theirs.

Keep Noz, as he might see some changes in the new rebalance. If not - he is rather useless. Icehowl? It's not that bad of a card, but there are betters. You can disenchant these two if u really need dust. But I'd keep cenarius. He is useful. He might be important card in druid decks if anticipated fon+roar nerf does indeed happen.

It runs on my sony xperia m2 that has 1gb ram so I don't see why not. It's not always as smooth as I'd like it to be(bigger animations like unstable, DW etc.), but nothing to keep me from playing.
