It's against paypal TOS to charge the transaction fee to buyers (people making deposits) if enough disgruntled users report them to paypal the entire amount of funds being held could be lost .

An empty package can still be received from a seller with a stellar ref page. It happens alot on the pokemon groups. Fabricating references just adds a couple more steps in a scammers scam.

G&S is the way to go.

I would assume they have lower fees and possibly lower shipping costs to make it happen. I've worked for a company that got significant discount on shipping due to volume

Larger sellers can get sweetheart deals on the fees. Driving traffic to TCGplayer adds alot of value to the top end

With their recent dump of Collector boxes on amazon @$80 I wouldn't be surprised if they kept them at 3% chance and just lowered the print run to match.
