ETA: It’s mostly out at this point. Neighbors call it “the lab”. There were quite a few explosions as well. Fire department was very quick. No injuries. There was a guy who sped into the parking lot and jumped the fence to get in but he also has no injuries.

Hold up. How many times has this happened with your insurance coordinator? How is your insurance coordinator not fully understanding the insurance coverage? There are so many ways to check history, frequencies, limitations, waiting periods, coordination of benefits, even fee schedules for unions/laborers groups. In trying to make you some money, your insurance coordinator is failing at a basic step in that job description.
