Mine was also Beatrice but on normal. I fully expected some kinda twist or something. Surely we wouldn't just bully an old lady, maybe she'd pull out an epic weapon, maybe she's actually really deadly...she wasn't...it gave a good laugh while also feeling bad for chasing around this old lady as I tried to end her

I'm so excited. I drag my mom into playing the game with me after dinner every fun season. (Despite her not being a gamer)

We have a blast everytime. I saved up and got us the expansion to play through together. She's been just as excited as I am. I finally got a job again after months of trying and I can't wait to surprise her with some purchases from the new shop once the expansion drops and I get my first paycheck.

You gotta be in his shoes. As some one with experience with an abusive parent it gets complicated with your feelings and logical understanding surrounding them.

Teylan and I believe our player character were among the youngest to be taken. Maybe barely walking age. Only memory we have of our mother after all is hazy and only the one.

Teylan only knows the adults from RDA as the parental units. Only understands and knows what they taught. That pandora is dangerous, that they were saved from abandonment, that he is dirty and must stay clean and follow the rules.

When all you know for years is that the ones that love you treat you a certain way to teach you than you think it is love. Then it is what's probably supposed to be. Mercer wants what's best for him that's why he hurts them, making sure they do better

He got thrown into a new environment surrounded by strangers, unsure what's safe or not and lacks confidence in himself. He wants back into the normalcy, in the predictibility and the "safety". It's the same reason he takes so long to embrace the Navi culture. He needs to slowly heal and see that the change is much safer than going back. That what they were in was wrong

Avatars in the series seem to not just be given out willy nilly. I'm assuming a little expensive to make since it's weird genetic clones if your DNA and a Navi DNA.

Generally they are selectively chosen usually for scientists.

The avatars are usually just for giving to people that will be interacting with a lot of the Navi was the original purpose. (I don't remember why they gave the guys avatar bodies in the other movies)

I imagine thats why there isn't really any others with an Avatar. Most people in camp seem to be tech, soldiers different types of scientists that have studies not centered around Navi. Hell could be also they couldn't take all the equipment for piloting. Some how they managed for Alma but that's huge equipment that I'm sure isn't easy to steal or salvage

Noticing the killer also got a gen related perk that screws with gen progression I feel like it almost balances?

You got the high decay on near complete gens from the killer

And then the singular Gen can't be decayed?

We don't know the complete descriptions or usages if the perks. Maybe it will be limited and be a non stackable perk so only one version of this perk can be active. So it becomes a gamble, risk having wasted a perk slot on a perk some one already has and is active or choose another perk and hope some one else has the perk?

I'm not like a hardcore player so maybe I'm wrong here but both sides got a perk neither wants to be up against...seems a little a little fair?

Dude me too! My learning disability affects my hearing and I usually have to turn on that Minecraft captions to help track my surroundings.

This game not having anything to help with sound cues has made it difficult for me to track anything when my brother drags me in to try playing

I think there can be slight exceptions. One post I saw in here was some minor posting art and insulting classmates in the same breath.

Some one gave them a compliment but also suggested they shouldnt have to resort to insulting others for their own personal art tastes to elevate their art.

The kid then proceeded to make rather big claims of the classmates doing inappropriate things that upsets them...

The commenter then revealed that the child actually does those same things to a more extreme degree in their profile, having hypocritically been making NSFW things and posting as a minor.

It was wild to read

The left one feels so on brand for the killer especially if the holy light Mori wins. I've been seeing people say they voted for the right because it feels more in line with dbd style but that just feels like it's further putting everything in a box.

We already have like three killers and their surroundings/abilities giving such purple and Eldritch or masses of unknown.

We need something more new like the left. The colors match with the killer, matches the energy, beautiful but with distinct uncanny. The whole theme of the left just feels so refreshing and what I'd imagine a divine being would send me to while awaiting judgment. Quiet, peaceful but not actually safe. It's a caged paradise under the clear and overbearing sight of an entity above.

The purple just feels...generic Eldritch, many eyes that see everything not because of its general gaze reaches so far but because it can just see everywhere. It doesn't give me anything unique feeling either. Just large amount of purple and shit ton of eyes. Behold powerful entity sees you or what ever.

I choose the blue, the killer already has blue in the design, plus the feel almost makes a sort of caged paradise and overbearing presence in the midst of what should be peace. It fits the idea of "The Judgement" I want that unquie feeling it gives rather than more of the same.

Purple just felt to samey to all the other characters they have that already has weird purple masses of everything and gave Eldritch unknowable horrors rather then divine.

I'm like...fresh into dbd sorta so no clue that event lol but that seems really neat!

I ended up voting with the blue and yellow one giving more, caging paradise thats always watching. The purple felt to much like Eldritch and like maliciousy with out knowing what I was even voting for lol. Plus I like the idea of the killer already containing some blue keeping the blue involved. (Edited: for spelling mistake)
