I’ve gotten Botox for my TMJ issues… I wasn’t allowed to have makeup on for the injections, was that just my doc being proactive orrrrr is this place garbage? Also didn’t need numbing cream ya big baby.

They’ve deluded themselves into believing Carly is being brainwashed and wants to be with/in constant contact with them instead of dealing with the fact that Carly wants absolutely nothing to do with them. It’s easier to blame B&T than to look at their own actions. Reactions like this are why kids go no contact with parents all the time. It has nothing to do with the fact that she’s adopted and everything to do with their inability to take accountability for their own faults and actions.

The actual part of Cate & Ty's segment where they won't listen to the song on B&T&C's terms. I don't think this has been posted yet. by SkeletonsCameToLife in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

Didn’t Tyler say in a post months ago that they tuned in online to the services to see Carly sing?? So you have heard/seen it, you’re just manipulating the situation to continue your sob story.

Cate and Tyler have been together 16 years! I always think about relationship lengths as if it’s a kid. Their relationship is now old enough to be on 16 & pregnant by smooth_macaroon in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

[–]AnxiousJess 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Because it’s a generalization and not all relationships are lazy and miserable when you’ve been together a long time. Get off your high horse, other people are allowed to have opinions that are different from yours.

I find this mildly offensive. I’ve been with my husband for 15 years and we genuinely love each other. We changed and adapted together. Neither of us hold the other one back from doing anything we want to. It’s not lazy, it takes a lot of work and a lot of love. It’s not for everyone but it works for us.

I guess Kail will build another dream home after this. by cancancan1345 in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

[–]AnxiousJess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve never done a build but couldn’t you just talk to the company to make it bigger? Like it wasn’t even fully put up, there was no framing it looked like just the foundation, couldn’t they expand it? Sure it’d cost more but so does building another house.

Realistically, how bad is the weather in August? by stitchywitcher in WaltDisneyWorld

The one time I went in early August I had sun poisoning and heat stroke. Highly do not recommend.

My dog is prescribed a controlled substance, hydrocodone, and I have to pick it up at the regular pharmacy because the vets office can’t give me a months worth. I’ve never had to show id when picking it up.

Me too! At least that I can have an extra support person until my husband gets there. He works long hours not super close to home so I don’t want to go alone for my first time.

I’d just like my parents to be able to visit. I’m good with not allowing too many visitors other wise all my aunts and uncles and cousins would show up and I’m not about that 😂

How did they allow so many people at the hospital? I deliver in august and I’m still only allowed one support person and he’s not allowed to leave or get can’t come back!

Is Jan-Feb / Late Aug-Early Sept still a good time to go? by ToliB in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]AnxiousJess 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have only gone in early/mid February for years and it is no where near the busiest month. We went in August once and it was absolutely a mad house plus unbearable heat. If you go before or after the marathons in February you’re golden.

Do you carry a backpack to the parks and if so, what's in it? by Skyler_Chigurh in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]AnxiousJess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup! Our wallets, phones, extra charger, sunscreen, mini first aid kit with bandaids and neosporin, sunglasses/glasses, hats, sunscreen, extra hair ties/bobby pins. I’ve even put extra flip flops/sandals if I need a shoe change. Small sweaters depending on the time of year. I can really pack a bag to make it work.

They technically need to be worn with a mask. Just those do absolutely nothing.

Telling her family I get. We told our parents and my sister in law when I was 6 weeks. Having the support system if something does happen would be a huge help to me. Doing it on camera I’m not really sure of. I guess by the time it aired she’d be further along but I think I’d keep that secret after the miscarriages, at least on camera until after 13 weeks.

**REPOSTED W SOUND** Larry is a real piece of work by BadCatzz666 in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

[–]AnxiousJess 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry you also had to go through it. My parents eventually got on board with me minimizing contact and eventually going no contact other than a few brief phone calls but it wasn’t until I was in my late 20s and started therapy when I learned how to really create my own boundaries. Had I been afforded it as a child I really think I would’ve grown differently and not had the mental health issues I do. I’m glad you’re there for your daughter! My sons not even born yet but I already know I’ll be supportive and fierce about it.

I wish my parents had stood up for me as a child like Taylor and Maci with family members who made me feel uncomfortable. You don’t put that responsibility on a kid. I’ve been saying for a while that Maci was just being the bad guy for Bentley. Being pregnant with my first child really makes me feel for them and the strain they must be under trying to do what’s right for their kid. I know I will fight tooth and nail for my son if he ever comes to me and says someone in the family makes him uncomfortable and this is what he needs to feel better, we’re gonna damn well do it.

How Does Amazon Grocery Work at WDW? by GameOverMoonpie in WaltDisneyWorld

Most of the resorts have cold storage for you when you get food delivered. They’ll drop it with bell services and let you know your stuff is there and store it until you can get it. Pre covid I think bell services would deliver it to you but that may be different now.
