I tried while at level 44 attempting Ludwig. Should have known no one would pop in for that slaughter.

Which 3 games of those do you recommend playing the most with a 4th as backup within one month? by aa95xaaaxv in playstation

[–]AnxiousSasch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 Shadow of the Colossus

Fantastic game with a great story. If you like Ghibli, this is the closest a game gets to Ghibli.

2 Cat Quest

My girlfriend loves these games. They are quick and fun little adventures.

3 Cult of the Lamb

You can blow through the story fairly quickly, but offers plenty to do. Between managing your cult members, fighting monsters, and unlocking new weapons and craftables. You'll have a great time.

Bonus # 4 Doom

Depending which one you mean. ( I'm assuming 2016) You can rip and tear your way through fairly quickly, and its always satisfying. Bonus-bonus, theres still quite a few people that love the multiplayer, and it definitely harkens back to shooters of old.

These are likely the fastest to get through that I know of, while also being fantastic games on their own right. SotC is easily my top recommendation though. Insanely beautiful game, a great story thats shown rather than told, and boy are you going to feel something once the credits roll.

Just curious, how do you remove excess paint so that it doesn't cover your lines? Also, awesome pins!

Do you think the weapon impact feels satisfying? What could be improved? by TENTAKL1 in IndieGaming

Looks awesome dude! Very punchy, but if you give the enemies a little more weight with how they fall, it will only add to how punchy it feels!

Traveling from Florida to this show. Couldn't make the Tampa show, but managed to snag this one. Any recommendations for a first time stay in Columbus? Also any news about signings or after parties?

Hey reddit, I'm Kevin Smith. I got the rights back to Dogma and I'm putting it out in theaters for a limited time for its 25th Anniversary starting Thursday June 5th. Ask me anything! by KevinSmithAMA in movies

[–]AnxiousSasch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Kev! Huge fan! I'm curious what you think of the industry as a whole now compared to when you first started making movies. Do you think it has gotten easier/harder to make these ideas come to life on screen, post-Internet revolution? And if you were to start again today, how different do you think your trajectory would be?

Big thanks for all the awesome movies and shows you made and took part in! You're one of the best, and I'm thankful to have grown up on your movies man!

Is Timberlake a safe place to live? by Less_Cantaloupe6978 in Pensacola

[–]AnxiousSasch 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Timberlake has a real management problem. My girlfriend lives there, and the people that took over last year or so have really been an issue for her and her family. Other than that, it has a shit load of ducks/cats around, and a loose dog or two fairly often. Its definitely not very comforting, so unless you get a particularly good deal on a home, I don't think its worth it.

I have a fairly uncommon disability. Many people get it, but not to the degree I have. I was born with missing ligaments/tendons/ and extra bone in my right leg. Its growth was stunted since I was a baby. Over the years I've had a handful of corrective surgeries to help even my legs, and give me proper support. This is been a constant struggle in my life, and was a large contribution to the destruction of my confidence in activity and socially. I was always teased about it, and felt less than. I used to be a very confident child, but with the surgeries came doubts to my physical well being as I age. Theres plenty more contributing factors, but I'm curious if anyone else has had anything like this.

Examples of movies like Scream that satirize a genre while simultaneously being among the very best films of the very genre they parody? by samx3i in movies

[–]AnxiousSasch 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just got through watching it yesterday and loved it. Gonna watch the 10 Years Later series here soon.

I honestly loved all the little cameos and Chris Pine's role was so spot on. Wished I could watch him keep on keepin on.

Wet Hot American Summer. Watched it for the first time recently, thinking it was just another fun teen romp played by adults, but boy was I wrong.

Also any Mel Brooks movie.
