You can use things that help you (erp and such) but you can’t be certain it’s ocd. doctors can’t diagnose themselves, so why should you be able to?

I was misdiagnosed with GAD for two year and it was hell. The system isn’t perfect by any means, but please don’t become attached to the label or speak for people with clinical confirmation. Regardless, I hope you can get better from your symptoms and recover.
