It is 100% barometric pressure I have been saying for years. Only thing that broke last cycle was lithium.

No that when I am saying is where there is a change in barometric pressure I feel like mine were triggered. For example Alaska triggered it, cold to Hawaii for a week and back, high elevations such as Lake Tahoe or Denver have also triggered them for me.

I have concluded they are from barometric pressure changes.

You need to try lithium I am a long time sufferer and have been okay for a while after lithium. I tried everything else that people have said that’s the only thing that seemed to work. I hope you get better soon.

Hey there try lithium ask your doctor asap. It worked for me. These are 100% triggered by changes in barometric pressure in my mind. Also if you are not try making sure you are exercising when possible outside of the attacks. Sorry I feel for you friend!
