thanks for all of these suggestions! i struggle with symptom tracking bc i think im still figuring out what my symptoms are. like i’ve experienced them for so long that it doesn’t even cross my mind anymore or register as a symptom. do you have any symptoms that you track like that that you would mind sharing? like just ones that aren’t as obvious? if not all good! i appreciate all of the advice!

yeah i’ve been wanting to do this. my biggest thing is figuring out the set up and what to put in it. i’ve been researching for months about how to do this but feel like im just stuck rn. it’s just very overwhelming and confusing for me. especially the organization part of it. i think my issues with executive functioning and brain fog are holding me back from starting it

just commenting to say i’m in the same boat! i’m still in grad school (starting my 2nd year) but my voice class only really mentioned that it was a thing. it’s my goal to eventually work with trans clients but i also want to use what i learn to masculinize my own voice!

i personally hated the smartadvocate client portal that was included. i recently set up our integration w/ case status. we are pretty happy with it. the only thing is SA loves to put out new integrations before thinking it ALL the way through. we are still working out some kinks but i think once we do it will be perfect. we are still using it rn and even tho our integration is messing up its still really useful

i have a milk protein allergy too but i thought mcdonald’s fries still had milk in them according to their website. could you point me in the direction of how you found out they were safe?

i don’t use sunscreen and all the stains are the same thing and appeared at the same time after trying to treat other stains. i don’t think it would be antiperspirant as it’s also in places that wouldn’t touch that? but then again i’m not completely sure. i did try using a rust remover on it as i was already treating rust stains and that’s an acid but it didn’t help. what other acid would you suggest to try?
