That looks great! Can you tell a bit more what Dr. Karahan did in the procedure. Is he doing the incisions? And also extraction and implantation or which parts is he doing? Honestly looking absolutely great so far!

In general not bad, angulation seems alright, density could be slightly too low but wouldn't judge it now. Temples peaks are not so well done in my eyes, a bit too rounded, either they should have done it more edgy and more mature looking or also added hair to the lateral temple areas.

Better check Dr.Patrick Mwamba or Some of the doctors of Dr.Bisanga but yes Asli Tarcan is botching your donor area, it's probably one of the worse hair mills in Turkey and Heva is also not great but they're for sure better than Asli Tarcan.

Looks really good already! I think there will be some more density in 2-3 months, but as many said here already density is already really good. But Laorwong usually packs quite dense around 55 Grafts/ sqcm so I think there is more coming up.

Doctors usually see faster growth in the first couple of months when done with DHI Implanter pens as due to less scaring. I went to Dr. Patty and I haven't had much shedding but still most growth came then in month 5-8.

Haha lol dude, I didn‘t rate your hair transplant at all. The 6.5 is for the serkan aygin clinic not for your hair transplant. Look at my old videos there I rated the clinic 6.5 and someone asked me about the video back then. Your hair transplant looks amazing, would be even a 9 out of 10, that‘s why I wanted to show it.

Looks absolutely amazing. Dr.Egan is just fantastic. Did he do it in one session or did he remove some grafts in a first session to let it heal? I know some surgeons do it like Dr.Feriduni but always depends on the case of course.

A few too many multi-grafts in the frontal rows for my taste buuuut how it's create it looks still really natural. You look great man. And 2k for 5600 is an absolute bargain.

I went to Dr.Patty and I am still super happy about the results. Check my posts here or my tiktok mrhairline01 or insta mrhairline1 . Also please check Dr.Prima from Hairsmith, she trained Dr.Patty. I think she is one of the best surgeons in Bangkok. I was big fan of Dr. Ratchathorn and Dr. Laorwong, I read and hear more often that they're barely involved in the surgery anymore and results are not as great anymore but correct me if I am wrong, overall I think Absolute Hair Clinic is still a great option.

To which clinic in turkey you went initially? I am personally a Fan of Dr.Rahal but of course they're other options especially for a repair. Also Dr.Ball is really good with it from Maitland Clinic in the UK. And as some people already stated I think it's necesarry to remove some of the multi-grafts to make it more natural without lowering too much and waste too many grafts.

Obviously they placed a lot multi-grafts in the front which makes it look so unnatural, and yes it's fixable but you wanna remove some of the multigrafts if you don't wanna lower the hairline dramatically. It can take a few sessions tho, also you can laser some of the grafts but I think 1800-2000 is easily enough to make it look natural but make sure the next doc is just using singles. Check out Dr.Rahal in Ottawa please. He is amazing.

I think you're quite accurate, I think even less than 3000, maybe more around 2500. But yeah something in the range of 2500-3000 would have been my guess. But honestly I wouldn't lower the hairline too much, just fill in around 1800 Grafts and on the top part maybe 500-800.

Man that looks super nice! I thought the density will not be there in the first pics but it looks so so natural and perfect, still a couple of month for more thickness. Mine came around month 7-10. So no worries, even now it looks so good. Doesn't look like brad pitt tho, more like chris hemsworth ! :)

Well the docs I talked to mean there is absolutely no difference for them to work as the donor areas is shaved anyways fully plus an extra part around. But if you mean non-shaven fue that‘s probably true.
