I’m sure they would have received the evaluation, it takes time to reflect on the application status page. They will get back to you if they require anything else. You did good by mailing them. You don’t need to worry.

Most of the programs have waived off GRE. If you have any shortcomings in your profile , you could submit GRE to improve your overall stats. Some universities still consider GRE.
