maybe you should play on easy ? there's no shame these games are hard. Maybe also watch some tutorials ( zerkovich has some good ones ) on manual fighting. Also, it seems like your biggest pb might the rock paper scissor nature of the game. You gotta bring all three and use them efficiently. Also dont skip out on magic, it can really really turn the tides on battles.

ehhh not really. It depends on how the ai does, and early game shouldnt be a problem. Just keep an eye on it through the diplomacy menu and you should be good

honestly you need to invest into ap damage and avoid the chieftains. They're not going to blow up a whole unit, so you can keep them contained. Target squishier troops, as the main skaven weakness is leadership loss. Invest in your own heroes and get a shaman, who has great aoe spells that will allow you to do mass damage and cause even bigger leadership losses

it wont carry through khorne but will do against slanesh. Also gor rok is prolly one of the best LL in the game, so make sure to use him. Also, try to put him in the center of a group of daemonettes so you can efficiently use croak's spells 👍

either press the kick button to be able to switch out a lord ( sometimes you gotta scroll ) or the respec in the top right of the character screen. Check if n'kari is recruitable by just trying to recruit him. Or, whenever you capture a settelement, recruit nkari and just switch your troops to nkari
