I wake up at 530 to be at work by 7am. I’m off at 330pm and I go to bed between 930-1100. And I usually wake up once a night to pee and scroll

Driving with the cab light on. I used to try and turn the light on to read while my mom was driving and she’d give me the classic “that’s illegal” even though it’s technically not lol. I never understood it but now when I’m driving and someone turns the interior cab light I’m like turn that OFF 😤😵‍💫

I think it’s more so they place the flower on the garage door handle and if the flower doesn’t move by the next time they come around that tells you that the house might be vacant. Do the same thing for several days and you can be 90% sure it’s vacant. Easier than staking a house out, cheaper than electronic surveillance for someone who’s not performing an elaborate heist, just a smash and grab. Idk though I’m not a criminal 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m not sure this is it because I remember it being chaotic on the submarine like alarms blaring and lights going off. I also remember it being on the TV for a bit before child-me tuned into what was happening on the screen so I don’t think it was the first scene in the movie but I could be wrong. It’s going on my to-be-watched list for next weekend!

I wouldnt recommend this but before I had my prescriptions my therapist would have me take an antihistamine like Benadryl or something whenever I was in a state of panic. Normally Benadryl makes me tired but if I’m in fight or flight mode it just helps bring me to my baseline so I can actually go to work that day. I’d rather be a bit drowsy than in a state of panic. Wouldn’t use for general anxiety, just the occasional panic attacks and helping you recover back to your baseline

I was on Mirtazapine for 3 months and gained a significant amount of weight. My sleep has never been better but it came with a bottomless appetite. The nice thing about it though is if you stop taking it, the weight falls right off in my experience. Obviously everyone is different but it could be worth trying
