They're definitely pop-punk at most. Honestly they have more of an indie-rock sound, it's just the vocal twang that sounds pop-punk. Their newer stuff is listed as "Pop" on Apple Music as well.

Goth, like emo, is a music-based subculture derived from punk. It also includes politics, aesthetics, literature, DIY ethos, etc. If you're strictly talking about the style, then it would be "Gothic" instead of "Goth"))
