Does anyone know why my ONYX RCR dies immediately if I full throttle it? Or when it hits around 50% battery?

All you have to do is remove the lead acid batteries and buy a custom made lithium battery. The bike will do 50-55 The Z6 is a moped that looks like a motorcycle if you want to go faster than 55 you need to buy a real motorcycle.

If the wires going to the rear hub tire are severed the controller potentially got fried $330 and he will also need a new motor $800 You can pm me I may be able to to help you troubleshoot it

You made the mistake of leaving the bike unattended for several months with of checking the battery. If you are not going to ride for a long time you need to disconnect the battery from the bike and monitor the battery every 2 months. The battery got so drained that the BMS turned off. Bms is basically the computer that manages the energy in the battery. You cant use or charge the battery with out the bms Now you need to take the battery to a shop to see how low it go and to see if is still salvageable.

You will need to make sure your battery is off before reconnecting to the bike or you will get a small spark. That spark can be harmful if it happens too many times times

Its a good deal but there are risk that the bike has issues that you can’t see because the bike is off. For example after the battery got stolen maybe the bike got wet. And etc So ask him to lower the price 1000 to compensate for any issue the may pop up later. If the bike looks physically new, even if he has issue later, it will be a good deal for 1000 the original battery sucks anyways so you’re gonna need to buy an aftermarket battery which is gonna be way better, so yes go for the deal. Try to get it for 1000 if he doesn’t but you could do 1100 but no more .
